Service Cancellation
If you need to cancel a scheduled consultation or service, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Refund Policy
Refunds for services are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days of service completion to discuss your concerns. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any issues.
Digital Products
For any digital products or downloadable materials, refunds may be available within 14 days of purchase, provided the product has not been downloaded or accessed. Once a digital product has been accessed, refunds are at our discretion.
Physical Products
If we offer physical products, they may be returned within 30 days of purchase in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.
